Please read the T&C carefully.

We may modify the T&C from time to time. Please read the T&C and check them regularly. If you do not agree to the T&C or any changes to them, then you must immediately stop using the Sites.

 

Registration

You shall register an account to use some of the Services available on the Site; the personal data you provided shall be true and accurate. In registering an account, you shall read the T&C and agree on the T&C.

In order to place orders with us, you must be 18 years old or over and in possession of a valid credit/debit card issued by a licensed bank acceptable to PayPal for payment.

Your use of the Sites and their contents grants no rights to you in relation to any copyrights, designs, trademarks or any other intellectual property and material rights relating to the Content includes without limitation all graphics, photographs, images, sounds, music, videos, audio clips and texts on the Sites. Please note that due to the hand-made nature of the jewellery and the use of natural stones, there may at times be slight variations from the product image on the website and the product image are not contractual.

 

Pricing & Payment Options

Prices are shown on the Site in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). We accept payment through PayPal, you can choose Visa, MasterCard, American Express or China UnionPay to settle the payment. For more information of PayPal payment system, please visit the PayPal website. Once payment is confirmed by PayPal, you cannot alter the order details and there is no refund or exchange for the order.

 

Order

Once you proceed with PayPal for the payment, we will send you an email acknowledging your order with order number and order details. Please note that it is only to acknowledge that your order had been received and it is not a confirmation that your purchase has been made. Your order will only be accepted and confirmed once the payment in PayPal is completed, we will then send you a confirmation email.

 

Shipping and Collection
We only ship to Hong Kong at this moment and we endeavor to dispatch all the orders in 3-5 business days after confirming your order, yet shipping time varies depending on location.  You will receive a delivery email to indicate the tracking number of the parcel for checking the delivery status.  Alternatively, you may choose to collect the order at MARET Showroom.

 

Products Guarantee

Our product is guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a two-year period from the date of purchase.  The guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear and/or damage caused of loss, theft, improper use, accident, intentional or negligent handling.  You may bring your product to our MARET Showroom for repairing and maintenance.

 

No Refund & Exchange

The purchase of any product on online store is final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Liability

We are not responsible for losses not caused by our willful default or gross negligence. We are also not responsible for any indirect or ancillary losses arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with the use or browsing of or reliance on the Sites or any part of the Content or any of the aforesaid external websites or resources or the content thereof which are not reasonably foreseeable by us (for example, loss of profits or loss of opportunity). We are also not responsible for failure to meet any of our obligations under the T&C where such failure is due to events which are beyond our reasonable control.

 

Governing Law

The T&C together with all our policies and procedures will be governed by and construed in accordance with the relevant Hong Kong Special Administrative Region law. The relevant courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region will have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of any dispute or claim associated with the T&C.
